Return Policy

We adore our L’ange customers, and your satisfaction is very important to us!
At this time L’ange does not offer exchanges, however we will gladly accept your returned styling tool within 60 days from date of shipping. International Returns are not accepted at this time. There is a flat fee of $8.50 for the return label.

  • Ready to get your return started? It’s easy – just head to our Return Center and initiate your return request. Enter the email associated with the order and your order number.
  • From there, you can select the tool you’d like to return and why. You even have the opportunity to provide any additional comments.

  • The carrier for your return will be either USPS or UPS. You’ll also be provided with a list of nearby drop-off locations. If there isn’t one convenient for you, simply choose “Proceed without selecting a drop-off location” to continue.

  • Once you review and agree to the Estimated Refund amount, the number of items being returned, and the return shipping method, hit the “Submit My Return” button. You’ll get a confirmation email soon after with the next steps for your return.

  • Your refund should hit your original payment method within 2-5 business days from the date the carrier receives your return. However, mark this down: The original shipping cost (if applicable) will be deducted from the estimated refund along with the cost of the return shipping label, and the tax refund will be based on the tool being returned.

Please note that if you send a hair care product back, you will only be refunded for the tool(s) included. Hair Care Products & Accessories are final sale and cannot be returned.

Hair Care & Accessory Returns

Due to concerns for public safety and hygiene, we do not accept returns for hair care or accessories in any condition.

Returns- Can I return this item on my own?

Customers are welcome to use their own method of shipping back their Returned package. Please keep our Return Policy in mind.
We cannot accept Hair Care, Accessories, Final Sale Items, or damaged items.
Free items or orders that were purchased with a free item discount code, are considered final sale. We may allow a return of a purchased tool within this order, exclusively for Store Credit. Refunds will not be issued for this.
We recommend using a traceable method to send this package back. L’ange is not responsible for items that have been lost in transit.
Refund will be given 2-5 business days after the Return has been processed.

International Returns

At this time, L’ange Hair is not accepting International Returns. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Return Package Still in Transit

Return Packages usually take 2 weeks to get to one of our Return Centers. Sometimes, the package will be delayed by the carrier for a number of situations such as weather, and other events.
Once the package arrives at one of our facilities, a refund will be processed with 2-5 business days from the delivery.
If you have used your own method to ship the package back, we will not be able to issue a refund until tracking information shows the package in one of our facilities.

Return Refunds

Our current policy states that you have a 60 day window from the date of shipment to return your item, if it meets the qualifications in our Return Policy.
At this time, we do not offer Free Returns or Exchanges. There is a Return Label fee and Original Shipping Charges are non refundable.
Defective and Damaged do not qualify for Returns and are handled differently.
We do not offer Returns for International Orders.

One Year Limited Warranty

LIMITED WARRANTY

We are pleased to offer a limited one-year warranty on L’ange Hair products. Our limited warranty covers the product against damage caused by faulty material and/or workmanship. This applies to Tools only.

At our discretion, L’ange Hair will either replace the product or provide the customer with store credit in the form of a gift card.
Please be advised, our one year warranty is limited to one time use. The one year warranty does not restart once a replacement has been issued.

THIS LIMITED WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:

Damage due to misuse or abuse, such as incorrect voltage supply, dropping, or failure to follow instructions enclosed in product packaging.
​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
This warranty does not cover damages resulting from accident, day-to-day wear and tear, including product build-up, scratched or damaged plates, abuse of the electrical cord, neglect in safety, or the use of unauthorized attachments.

Tampering, such as repair or attempted repair.
​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
Items that are purchased from third-party retailers.

Return – Refunding to an Order with Afterpay Method

If you choose to return your L’ange purchase, and once the product is received in our warehouse, we will issue a refund to the original form of payment and Afterpay will refund the amount that has been paid into this agreement.
If you have not paid your entire order yet, you will be refunded what has been paid in to the order minus the Return Label fee and Original Shipping Charges.
