Shipping & Tracking
How long does it take my order to process?
Our current processing time is 3-5 days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Delivery can take anywhere between 3-10 business days depending on the product purchased.
For aerosol items or larger orders shipped by ground, please note that shipping times may be extended.
Shipping Restrictions
The U.S. Department of Transportation (USDOT) restricts shipment of hazardous materials items that could contribute to a fire or other mishap while in transit.
Aerosol products in pressurized spray containers and products containing flammable, volatile, or corrosive chemicals have this restricted status.
All of the products that fall under the ORM-D HAZMAT classification are listed below.

Split Shipments due to Inventory
A Split Shipment may happen due to the inventory being found in two different Distribution Centers:
- Chatsworth, California
- Groveport, Ohio
We try to process your order as quickly as possible, please be advised that your order may be split and shipped out from two different distribution centers. This is done to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
Orders with a Backorder
From time to time there may be products are will be available to be purchased in advance. These orders will have a back order date stated when this tool is expected to be back.
You will see this in three separate places.
- The Product Page
- At the checkout- there will be a back order message here
- Backorder Notice will require you to click on I understand that your order will ship when ALL the items become available.
Please allow 2-5 business days after the stated back order date to receive your shipping information.
Unfortunately at this time, we do not offer splitting the shipments. These will go out all together.
Updating Shipping Address on Existing Order
We can definitely make an update to your Shipping Address while the order is in Pre-Shipment status.
Once the order has been fulfilled- we can no longer make any changes to the shipping address.
We cannot make any changes to the Billing Address.
Item in Order has gone out of Stock
Sometimes, our inventory will show we have the items that is why you were able to order it however, there are cases that inventory will be off or there will be a small discrepancy with the time you placed the order and the time the item/s has gone out of stock. We are working on improving this aspect of the online experience.
In these situations- this may be the reason why an order has not gone out and we cannot split the order. We will refund the out of stock item and ship the rest of the order when we are informed of the issue.
Editing an Existing Order
Unfortunately, we cannot make any changes to our customer’s orders after they have been placed.
If you would like to change a specific item on your order you must place a new order or cancel your current order depending on how far along it is in the shipping process and place it again.
Please note that there may be certain promotions that have a one time use. Even if the order is canceled, you will not be able to use the same promotion under the same email address.
Unable to cancel an Existing Order
Our current processing time is 3-5 business days. However, sometimes these orders may process quicker.
Once an order has been fulfilled- you will no longer be able to cancel your order.
If you are still within the window to cancel, you may do so by canceling from your order status page.
If you experience any issues, please contact us for further assistance.
Packages Lost in Transit
When packages are fulfilled and a tracking number is provided- we recommend allowing 24-72 hours for the tracking information to show movement.
If it has been 5 days since the package has been fulfilled and it shows no movement (this does not apply to International orders) – please contact us right away and we will gladly look in to this matter for you.
Marked Delivered, Not Received
We’re sorry you’re having difficulty with your order. Sometimes tracking information will show the package as delivered because the courier mistakenly marked it as delivered before actually delivering it.
We ask that you please allow up to 3 business days for the carrier to complete the delivery, even if tracking shows the order as delivered.
If you still have not received your order after 3 days, please contact us again right away.
Tracking – Carrier Shipping Delay
Unfortunately, once the carrier has picked up the package, we are no longer able to control the aspects of the delivery.
In most cases, the delivery dates change due to either a weather issue or that the carrier missed their targeted check-in and transfer to the next stop, thus delaying the delivery date.
